There is also a spare blow-up queen mattress available as well. Guest access The Capper's Terrace is located right in the middle of downtown atop one of the most historic restaurants in Stillwater; the Mad Capper. You, your family, and your friends will stay in a private, spacious, surprisingly QUIET, upscale two-story condo with TWO rooftop decks boasting expansive downtown and river views.
