Position is in the center of area Lapad, 200 m to Marina Frapa Dubrovnik and 500 m walking zone to the one of the best beaches in Croatia, Sunset Beach and it’s near Bay Lapad.Market is only 20 meters from the house. Sushi and pasta restaurant 1 min away. The space All house is new renovated.... In the garden there is a large swimming pool of 36 square meters and extra jacuzzi. Also there is an outside small kitchen area with dining table with chairs, lounge and sunbeds near the pool and BBQ... You have closed parking place for three cars in front of the house and no steps (only one when you have to enter in the house) 4 bedrooms with flat tv, large living room and dining area with table for 8-10 people, two bathrooms with shower. Loggia for relaxing, reading or watching a good football game on flat screen. Also extra spaces (small rooms) one for shoes, one for outdoor jackets and one for laundry-washing and drying) with large side by side fridge with cold water. Its near bus station that takes you directly to the Old town (bus number 6) Beautiful seaside walk is also near as great sushi bar (Shizuku) and great pasta and pizza restaurant. Grocery shop is just on the corner near the house. Everything what you need is here.....
