This is a northwest living with a palms springs feel. The home sits on an oversized lot with its private pool and mini golf backyard - facing the sound and mountains for a wonderful afternoon sunset sky. It is located on an upscale Edmonds private compound. Our property is close to parks with pounds, natural trails, golf court, sports fields, kids playgrounds and more. Our split level home has 3050 sf living space . It has a large chef kitchen and high end designer finishes. Our kitchen and open living room are perfect to bring families and friends together. The split level concept is also great to have the privacy and peace when you or your love ones need. The features of our home are : Our formal dining room, covered outdoor deck with ceiling heater , outdoor heated pool , hot tub, sauna, well equipped game room, beautiful front and backyard , etc Guest access * Guests can access to the whole property except the garage . Garage remains close the whole year. * The pool is open most days of the year. From January to December. * Pool is closed during snow days . No exceptions. *Hot tub and pool night light are available 365 days a year. * We have electrical fees of $100 plus tax per day to heat the pool. *Guest may request pool heating with at least 24 hours' notice. Please note that it takes approximately 8 to 12 hours for the pool to reach its maximum temperature. Other things to note The property has stairs in the entrance ( Outdoor and Indoor ) . However people with limited mobility can access from the side of the house to our backyard. The deck has only 7 stairs and reaches to the main floor.
