Enjoy an evening of watching the surf whilst cooking up a gourmet meal using the gas BBQ on the undercover alfresco area. On the upper floor is a master bedroom with walk in robe and en suite, along with a second bedroom with additional bathroom with a shower and corner bathtub and separate toilet. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans. On the lower floor is a games room with arcade games and pool table. There is three bedrooms on the ground floor and a laundry which contains a bathroom with another shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels provided. The garage is accessible through the roller door or internal access to store boards and bikes. Gas heating on both levels of house.
