The central position on the northern coast let you go to the most important places of interest in short time: Palermo, Cefalù … The space The vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen and a large living room with beautiful original features. If you are looking for a dedicated place for smart working, you have a large table to work and a very good wifi ( Tim FWA Indoor 600Mbit/s). In the internal patio with a stone fountain you can relax and enjoy your free time breathing fresh air. In the garden you can eat outdoors and grill with family and friends. The beach is at about 150 m across a footpath. Good restaurants, shops and bars are at walking distance in the nearest little town, Trabia, or at 5 minutes drive in Termini Imerese. Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, artistic and cultural locations with warm weather all year around. Local artists and artisans are happy to show their creations to our guests. This summer we sponsor the local production of Sicilian black bee honey and the visit of an artisan workshop of Sicilian carts. On Thursday we usually offer guided tours to Palermo, Cefalù, Caccamo and Bagheria ( paid guided tour half day or full day) Guest access You have exclusive access to internal patio. You also have access to the rear garden. The kitchen opens up directly into a seating area where you can eat and sunbathe and you can explore the extensive garden with olive, orange and lemon trees. Whilst the rear garden is occasionally used by the owners, the seating area is exclusively yours to use and feels private. You can eat lemons and oranges straight from the trees.
