This must be paid by the landlord to the tax authority. - Energy cost flat rate Due to the current extreme energy cost situation, we unfortunately have to charge an energy cost flat rate for the respective booking period. The energy cost flat rate is 40 euros per guest per booking week or part thereof. - Hot tub usage fee A one-time fee of 150 euros will be charged for the use and cleaning of the large hot tub.
