With 2 king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. The upstairs bedroom is a large open loft open to downstairs. It also has the Arcade, laundry, and a half bathroom! The Main bedroom is downstairs, along with the Full bathroom, kitchen, living room and fireplace, and access to the screened in porch with a hot tub and tv! The cabin is in an area with other cabins, we share a driveway with a neighboring cabin. This is on Bluff mountain, please expect some steep hills and winding roads as you get closer to the cabin. Guest access A few days before your arrival we will message you with check-in details including the door code. We are owner operated. No meeting for keys- just arrive at the cabin and relax! Other things to note - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend trip insurance for these instances. -There are just a few steep hills once you get closer to the cabin, its part of the mountain experience! - Max guest amount is 6 -2 vehicle max -No pets -We have 4 Smart TV's that you will need to bring your own passwords for (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) There is a live TV option on Roku if you do not wish to log into any apps though! -Cell phone service can be spotty at the cabin, we have fast Wi-Fi, so it's usually fine after connected. -We will have starter toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps for hands, laundry, and the dishwasher. You may need to buy more for your stay. - You will likely see and hear critters, as you are in the mountains, this is normal. - Bears are dangerous, loud noise should run them off. Please do not feed them. They DO occasionally walk through the cabin's yard and driveway. -If the power goes out, there are several flashlights available by the front door. - The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area. - The hot tub is for guests/supervised by someone 25 and over. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol, or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk. - No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per hour. - Body Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, lighter, coffee, and coffee filters are not provided, but it is not uncommon for previous guests to leave filters/coffee and/or charcoal if you want to check before purchasing. - If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $100, and you will be asked to leave immediately. - Absolutely no fires inside or out (besides Fireplace/grill). Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
