South Seas Marco Island Condo

This beachfront condo offers breathtaking views of the sunset each night from the balcony. The South Seas Club offers access to white sandy beaches, pools, tennis, boat docks and 24 hour security inside a gated community. The living room is expansive with large windows capturing the views as you walk in. Dining is available on the balcony or in the dining area. This newly remodeled condo includes granite countertops, tile floors, leather sofas, and LCD TV's in each bedroom and living area. Guest access Washer and dryer is not in the unit, however, it's on the same floor. Pool and beach access Other things to note This is a gated community. You MUST have keys and contract to enter. Keys and contract sent via Fed Ex from owner with return Fed Ex envelope to return keys back to owner after your stay. South Seas community requires check in and charges a $25 fee for parking.
