Enjoy peaceful nights on the deck, relaxing in the hot tub, fun afternoons playing on the beach or a rousing game of basketball in the back yard. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across 2 levels, this is the perfect home for multiple families to share. A well stocked kitchen and large dining table makes meal time easy. Rainy days can be filled with ping pong and movies in the comfortable lower level. The space On the main level, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen sleep number bed and bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds and a twin trundle bed, as well as a desk perfect for working in the closet. Also on this level, you'll find a living room with a tv, dining room and the kitchen with a breakfast nook. On the lower level, there are 2 more bedrooms and another full bath. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a twin trundle. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. There's also a ping pong table, a game table perfect for cards or puzzles and a large TV and comfortable couch and bean bags. The house will very comfortably sleep 10, but if you need additional space, there are 2 twin cots on the lower level. The stairs between the levels are steep, but there's a gate already installed at the top, ready for your use. Outside, there's a hot tub, a lovely private deck, a fire pit with seating, a climbing dome for the kids and a basketball hoop. Guest access There's 2 parking spaces (3 if you park tightly) at the front door. Access is using coded locks. Other things to note We have a pack and play and a high chair ready for use. Chairs, towels and sand toys for the beach are also available.
