East facing balcony with ocean and district views located in the heart of Manly only minutes to the beach and a stroll to the ferry wharf to take you to Circular Quay and Sydney centre. There’s cafes and restaurants and loads to discover. Security building with two lifts. Beach towels not supplied. This is not a new apartment or building, but it is in one of the best locations in Manly. Close to supermarkets and all amenities, including Harbour ferries and buses. Communal rooftop area has large entertainment space with great views, 4 laundries and free BBQ area and plunge pool. Two lifts to all levels and free security parking on site. No Air-conditioning. This is an older apartment, approximately 42sqm, and is set in a block of 120 apartments right in the centre of Manly. It is set over two split levels, with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and the living room, kitchen and sunny balcony with view downstairs. There are also stairs to arrive at the front door of the apartment from the common area and 8 stairs inside the apartment. You can cook yourself a meal or go to any number of world class cafe’s and restaurants all within a 500 metre radius. The aspect is East to West. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny balcony overlooking the ocean. Very central location, walk out your door to enjoy weekend street markets, a short trip to the supermarket or pub or explore the surrounding bays and beaches. Council carpark is available in the building for extra cars or for guests. First two hours are free. Please be sure to remove any tanning lotions, greasy creams or oils prior to getting into bed. Please shower well and use the cotton wipes provided to remove tanning lotions or makeup, not the towels. These creams and lotions can mark, discolour and damage the linen irreparably and it is very expensive to replace and guests will be charged. ALL OUR APARTMENTS ARE CLEANED BY A REGULAR TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS WHO THOROUGHLY CLEAN, SANITISE AND DISINFECT ALL AREAS OF THE APARTMENT. THE LINEN IS SUPPLIED BY A PROFESSIONAL LAUNDRY SERVICE WHO ALSO SANITISE AND DISINFECT. IT IS FRESHLY CHANGED AND SUPPLIED FOR EACH NEW ARRIVING GUEST. PLEASE FOLLOW ALL HOUSE RULES. NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT OR BALCONY OR ANY INTERNAL PART OF THE BUILDING Guest access Access to the rooftop where there is a free BBQ with sun lounges and great view of the coast. There is a plunge pool for your enjoyment on the roof and if you need to do some washing there are four laundries each with two washing machines and two dryers, all coin operated taking 3 x $1 coins.
