Our tiny house is an amazing space on a 54-acre farm tucked away in the mountains of Crossville, the Golf Capital of TN. You know you are somewhere special as you drive the private driveway meandering through the woods. We now have FIBER INTERNET. The tiny house has a bedroom with a queen bed and loft with a queen bed, it does not have a stove, but does come with a large toaster oven and a cook top. Sit on the porch, relax, and look out at the mountain views. Multiple units on site The space Please review house rules before booking – No shoes within the house. – Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. -- Pets are not currently allowed and there will be an extra cleaning fee if pets are brought to property. -- Please do not bring food or drinks into the bedrooms. – No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. – PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use and TAKE OUT TRASH to green trash can by the barn. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. We have critters here in the country so doing dishes and taking out trash is super helpful. – PARKING: parking is provided in front of tiny house. There are multiple units on the property so please be mindful that you park in front of your unit. – Please place all used linens, sheets, and towels into laundry basket provided, this helps our fabulous cleaning crew. --Please turn the window unit to a reasonable 78 in the summer and 68 in the winter and turn off the power strip located in the kitchen. – You may use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. Please ensure you turn off the propane. – Please understand that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. – Please do not rearrange our furniture and leave the decor, linens, and towel behind as you go or there will be a charge to replace those items. -- Please do not climb, sit, attempt to use the heavy machinery equipment located on the property. – If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first. – If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. – If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Other things to note There are multiple units on the property if you need to book more space for additional guests.
