This spacious home features 3-bedrooms 2-bath. It sleeps 8 comfortably. The gulf-view master bedroom with private access to the balcony features a king bed. The primary bathroom has a huge corner garden tub and huge walk-in shower with a rain shower head. Laketown Wharf is situated a very short walk to the beach, across from Pineapple Willy’s and within walking distance to shopping, eating as well as many activities. 810 Billiards & Bowling is now open. The space Laketown Wharf is the only resort on the beach to boast its own lake and surrounding boardwalk! Onsite amenities include private beach access, 5 pools, a fitness center, pickle ball court and a putting green. Wi-Fi, cable and a full-size washer and dryer (with detergent and dryer sheets!) are provided for your convenience. We also provide hotel sized shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee and tea as well as many spices! The condo is located close to restaurants, shopping, Pier Park, 18-hole golf course, Gulf World, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Zoo World, St. Andrews State Park, Shipwreck Island and much more. New stainless-steel appliances were installed May 2023. New floors were installed January 2024 Guest access There are several eateries on site. Pizza and wings, the Wharf formal dining, Bun Lab bar and grill, Sunshine bar and grill at the main pool, 810 Billiards and Bowling which features huge entertainment area for kids and adults. Darts, bowling, arcade games, golf simulator, axe throwing, bar and grill and a milk shake bar. Bun Lab and 810 is open year-round. Other things to note Guest covered parking in north or south side parking structure on the premise. South side is closest to our unit. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and Check-out is at 10 a.m. 1. Resort fees paid by the owner - Not all LakeTown Wharf owners pay these fees. WE DO! 2. Free Parking for up to 2 vehicles in covered parking garage. 3 Heated pool in winter and 2 large hottubs 4.
