Our guest house is close to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and iconic tourist destinations. Located between commercial downtown businesses and the local neighborhood, we are about as close as you can get to downtown with free parking. Since we are so close and walking distance to downtown, there are occasionally transients nearby. Our home is safe, fully-fenced, and we've never had any issues with trespassing. However, if you are from the suburbs and used to never seeing those in need, our home might not be the best fit for you. Like most downtown cities, there are sometimes homeless people in the area. Conveniently walk to great places to eat, drink, shop, and hangout. Odyssey Gastropub is incredible and has a little bit of everything, T-Byrd's and Dos Santos have amazing Mexican food, Bingo Burger and The Skirted Heifer for great burgers or you can relax with a beer at Phantom Canyon or Mash Mechanix (our favorite breweries). For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you! For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry. We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. We are legally registered with the City of Colorado Springs! Don't worry about your booking getting cancelled the day before your trip! ***We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
