La maison de Guita - With Pool and Sunset Views

A recently finished family summer house with infinity swimming pool and soothing sunset views is the scene for an unforgettable vacation in the pristine island of Kea. The space 'La maison de Guita' is a brand-new dwelling, located in the area to the south of Korissia, Kea's port. The area is called Melissaki, a 10 minute-drive from the port, and the house is reachable via a very decent dirt road. The ‘maison’ enjoys breathtaking sunset views and is fully equipped with all modern amenities like A/C, dishwasher, washing machine etc. It can easily accommodate up to 5 guests in two separate bedrooms and in one open area bed. The house comprises of one spacious double bedroom with bathroom, a second ‘petit’ double bedroom, another bathroom and an impressive open space kitchen-leaving area, all in one level. The master bedroom and the open space have direct access to an outdoor terrace, dominated by the beautiful infinity pool which looks right out to the Aegean Sea. Close to the pool, stands a big shaded pergola with a dining table and nearby gas BBQ, complemented with water sink The enchanting beach of Xyla, one of our favorites, is only a 5 minute-drive from the house.
