Sunkissed Endless Summer condo- gorgeously updated

Head to the Emerald Coast and enjoy all that PCB has to offer at our Sunkissed Endless Summer condo, a gorgeous, fully-renovated one bedroom, one bathroom on the West end of this popular beach town. The space Endless Summer Resort offers the best in location: it's less than 2 miles to Pier Park, just a few steps from the famous Mike's Oyster Bar, right down the street from the don't-miss Thomas Donuts and right across the street from the beach. This low-density, three story complex allows you to skip the elevators, park near the door and spend more of your time relaxing than fighting crowds. Sunkissed Endless Summer was recently remodeled and offers as much in convenience as it does beauty. A spacious living room features a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful courtyard pools/hot tub, facing the north to keep you out of the sun. Inside are two single convertible chairs (that convert to sleepers), a smart TV, and stunning kitchen with bar seating and all you need for meals and snacks. For extra sleeping space, we also have a full size, auto-inflatable air mattress available. The bedroom has a king bed and you'll love the bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and detachable spray shower. A washer and dryer plus wifi round out the conveniences at the condo. Sunkissed Endless Summer is located in the B building and is mere steps to a stunning stretch of beach (public access #70). Inside Endless Summer are two courtyard pools, a hot tub, shuffleboard, and outdoor grills for guest use. Our condo is a second floor unit that requires stairs; there is no elevator. Guest access Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the condo with our keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in. Other things to note Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay.
