The Mark at Surfside, Apt. 3

Enjoy your beach getaway with this clean two-bedroom, one-bath motel style unit with a full living room, just a short peaceful walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Short distance to local restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment. Bring your furry friend, relax and soak up the gulf breeze; enjoy the shared yard area with picnic tables and charcoal grills for your pleasure. Spend the day seashell hunting, fishing, swimming, or relax under the sun in the sand! The space This is a bottom floor motel style apartment. It has two queen bedrooms, and one bathroom with shower and tub. Bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo set, and hand soap are provided. Kitchen with coffee pot, dishes, and utensils provided. There is a smart TV with fire stick in the living room and Wi-Fi throughout the entire property. Both bedrooms and the living room have a window unit with AC, fan, and heating. Bench outside of the unit for your use. The master bedroom has a small adjoining room with two single beds in a bunk arrangement for additional sleep capacity if needed. Outdoor area with picnic tables, and charcoal grills. Please bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils if you intend to use the grill. Neat, clean, safe, and affordable place to stay less than a block from the beach. Guest access Private door to your unit. Shared outdoor picnic area. 2 Private parking lots (please see photos) Other things to note Boats/trailers cannot be stored in our lots. There is not enough space. If you bring pets, dogs only please. Two maximum, non-aggressive and under 50 lbs. There is a $40 pet fee. We do allow long term stays. The Village of Surfside has always had issues with its water. It has a bit of an off color, odor and flavor. We have installed a filtration system to help with this and the water is safe for use, but it doesn't fully remove these issues. Please look to bring bottled water if this will be an issue so that you have access to it.
