The space The main floor has an open concept kitchen/living/dining area, a queen bedroom, a full bath with shower and tub, and a laundry room/pantry. A second queen bedroom is upstairs, along with a room with bunk beds, and a full bath. The lower level bunk room has a queen bed tucked under the staircase, and a bunk bed and a "tent bed" around the corner, as well as a foosball table and TV. Guests love that the kids can hang out in a separate space downstairs while the adults socialize on the main floor. The Black River runs through our property and is stocked with Brown Trout and Rainbow Trout a mile or so downstream. Look up the VT Fish and Game website for stocking fish in the Black River, Town of Cavendish, Windsor County. Cavendish is a great little town close to Okemo for skiing, and there are lots of other things to do in the area year-round. Popular destinations under an hour away include Manchester, Killington, Hanover, NH/Dartmouth, Woodstock, Quechee, Weston, Grafton, Mt. Ascutney, Long Trail Brewing, Harpoon Brewery, and more.
