Expect delightful encounters with friendly iguanas, colorful birds, butterflies, and other harmless local wildlife that roam freely. The morning rooster calls are part of the authentic island experience. 🐓 Neighboring property The house next door experienced a fire in December 2024. Debris remains on that lot at this time. The debris is near the pool area (the pool is newly built). A privacy fence has been added; from normal use of the pool/patio, it’s mostly screened, but if you get close, you may still see it. From inside the home, it is visible from the second floor. Not in the ocean-view direction: This is not on the side of the home where the ocean view is. Seasonal ocean view During the rainy season, ocean views can be partially blocked at times due to tree growth. No visitors are allowed without approval. Beach Gear Included: Beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, and cooler. Travel insurance We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly.
