Features include: 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twins) 1 bathroom with shower and original claw-foot tub Large great room with vaulted ceilings Full-size pool table Sea-stone fireplace with gas insert TV lounge area with Roku and Wi-Fi access, board games, VHS and DVD movies Dining area Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, and coffee maker Covered porch overlooking the grounds The two cabins are thoughtfully spaced apart, allowing guests to enjoy privacy while remaining connected for shared meals, games, and outdoor gatherings. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to both the Main Lodge ("Tom") and Guest Cabin ("Dick"), as well as the expansive outdoor grounds, lawn, fire pit area, decks, and picnic spaces. The property is rented as a private retreat, ensuring you and your group can enjoy the entire guest portion of the compound without sharing spaces with other travelers. Guests also enjoy access to the private Sprucewold Association Beach, located approximately one mile from the property and reserved exclusively for Sprucewold residents and their guests. Please note that the third cabin, known as "Harry," is the owner's private cabin and is not included in the rental. Guests do not have access to this building.
