Whether you're travelling for business or pleasure, visit us and experience the Monopoly subdivison of Amherstburg and all that Historic Downtown Amherstburg has to offer. Also, please note that both the main unit and basement unit can be rented at the same time to separate guests. Each unit is self contained and the main unit does not have access to basement unit and basement unit does not have access to main unit. Guest access You will have the entire main floor unit to yourself (basement not included as it is rented separately on a short term basis). An entry code will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival. Backyard deck has an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs for your outdoor enjoyment. Driveway is located at the side of the house. Parking for 2 smaller sized cars is available on the driveway OR 1 larger car. The left side of the driveway is designated for use by the main floor guests. The right side of the driveway is designated for use by the basement guests. No street parking Other things to note This unit features a 58" smart TV, stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. We also provide a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, hand mixer and glassware. Towels and bed linens including sheets, pillowcases, duvets, duvet covers, and mattress and pillow protectors are also provided. Two bath towels and two hand towels are provided in each bedroom. Additionally, we provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap in the bathroom, laundry detergent, 2 gabage bags and 2 recyling bags. We also provide complimentary wifi for guests to enjoy during their stay. Please note: We do not provide shampoo, body wash and any personal consumables such as food, cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc...
