You'll enjoy being walking distance to it all: Jordan-Hare Stadium, Neville Arena, Plainsman Field, tailgating, etc. Downtown shopping & dining options, and celebrating at Toomer's Corner is only 3 blocks away! The Original Momma Goldberg’s Deli is on the next corner! The space When you are visiting “The Loveliest Village on the Plains”, you’ll enjoy our property’s convenience and attention to details. Our condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom provides new queen mattresses, clean linens, and a choice of pillow options. Bathrooms provide a shower-tub combination and fresh towels and washcloths. Living and dining area features a new sectional sofa with ottoman, a large TV with Roku (feel free to log in to your own streaming subscriptions), and a dining table that seats 4. Our full-sized kitchen provides you the option to cook a meal on our glass-top range, use of our microwave oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker. Is coffee important to start your day? We provide a coffee maker and a starter supply of coffee grounds and sweetener. If you have the need to wash some laundry, we provide a starter supply of detergent for our washer and dryer, conveniently located next to the kitchen. Reserved parking spaces are just a few steps from our unit. You will have the use of ONE parking pass. Ready to make your reservation? Simple! Once you request your dates, we will make sure our property is the right fit for your visit to Auburn! We do not accept instant bookings, you will have 24 hours from the time you request your reservation to complete our (really easy) reservation procedure. Guest access You get the whole unit to yourself. Keyless entry. Self check-in. There are three closets secured with locks. These are for maintenance access only. Other things to note **This is NOT an "Instant booking". You must do just a FEW things to get your reservation set up and confirmed. 1) Provide a valid photo ID; 2) Read, agree to, and accept our House Rules and Rental Agreement; 3) Mark your calendar and pack your bags! HELPFUL TIP: Install the AIRBNB app and turn ON notifications. This is how you will communicate with me as we discuss your reservation request and all the details of your stay. It will make your experience easier and better. In preparing for your stay, we have tried to make it easy for you. Here are a few things we’ve done to help with that: We have installed a keyless deadbolt lock on our front door for your convenience. You’ll receive a message the day of your arrival with your unique code. You may see that there is a security camera, with live video and audio feed, at the front and rear entrance to our unit. This is for your safety and the security of our property. We provide high speed wireless internet. Instructions for connecting will be included in the message you receive the day you arrive and can also be found posted in the kitchen. We are NOT able to provide a wired connection to our router or modem. PARKING: Auburn is a college town, and parking can be difficult to find at times. That is not a problem when you stay at our condo. You will have access to our reserved parking spaces. We allow you the use of ONE Parking Permit/Hangtag. The lot is patrolled regularly to make sure your spots are available when you need them. Leave your parking pass in the unit upon check-out so that our next guests can use them. (Failure to return any parking pass will result in a fee of $500. *Make sure the parking pass is hanging from your rearview mirror at all times and that you are parked in the correct spot. Failure to do so will result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.*) Vehicles larger than full-size will find it difficult to access the parking spaces. We are not responsible for any damages to vehicles parked legally or illegally during your stay. IMPORTANT: *We do not allow pets of any kind. We do not allow events or parties. There is no smoking in the condo or on the porch or patio.* CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in is available after 3:00pm (Central). Check-out is 10:00am (Central). We ask that you clean out the refrigerator, take all your trash to the dumpster at the entrance to the complex, place used dishes in the dishwasher, remove sheets from beds and place with used towels in the basket provided in the laundry closet. Failing to check-out (defined as completing Check-Out procedures listed on Item 9 of House Rules AND exiting and removing your personal items from the property) on time will result in a fee of $25/hour. You will lose access to the property. Our professional cleaning and security staff will secure your personal items and store them until you provide payment and pick-up or shipping instructions. The fee for storing items found by cleaning/security staff will be $75/day, one day minimum and is subject to change. Enjoy your stay and War Eagle!
