Built in 1845 historic 'Welcome Acres' is registered for it's unique building style of four inch thick horizontally stacked wood planks. Near all the activities on lake and Mount Sunapee for winter and summer activities off of well maintained route 10. All queen beds, and Roku TV's, fast fiber Internet. Wood burning stove and oil baseboard heat. Spacious 3 season sunroom and large deck for games in the warmer weather. Huge backyard. Across the street is a public trail along the Sugar River! 1500+ sf 3 bedrooms, 1 full and 1 half bath on large private, quiet lot in quaint Goshen village. Entire property is available for guest use, except the owner's closet, basement and attic space. We will generally be about 15 minutes away from the house, but will be happy to come by if you have an issue. :) The neighborhood is very rural, you will generally be traveling by car. The road can be busy with morning and evening commuters on work days. You will need to have a car to get around. There are a few Taxi services available if needed. Recommended for 6 adult guests as only 3 queen beds. However, there is a large sectional sofa in living room that could accommodate 2 extra guests if necessary (extra fees apply).
