Please adhere to this policy! *Owners are part-time residents and live in the area. *Important Notes: We are located on the east side of the Hwy 49 bridge. Some boats may not fit under the bridge—please check with us for details. We have a boat ramp, but it is very narrow. We recommend launching only jet skis from our ramp. Seasonal Water Levels: Starting mid-October, the lake level drops 6 feet, shifting the shoreline from the seawall to the end of the floating dock. The water begins rising mid-February and reaches near full levels by early April.
