House with swimming pool in a gated community!

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. House with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with open kitchen and a beautiful garden with swimming pool. The location is exceptional. It is 45 km from Buenos Aires, with privileged access. Gated community, with tennis court, soccer field and ample space for cycling, running and walking. Ten minutes from the condominium, Rua Mendoza, in Mashwitz, has several options of restaurants for lunch and dinner, as well as various shops. The space Our house is very pleasant. It has 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom with two sinks, towel warmer and shower, a guest toilet and an open kitchen. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine. We have a fully equipped kitchen with various appliances, including a dishwasher. In the cold months, the house has central heating, the kind that even heats the floor. We have hot-cold air-conditioning in every room. The house has a double bedroom with TV, a second bedroom with 4 beds, and a third bedroom with a sofa bed that can become a double bed, also with TV. On the balcony we have a large table for 12 people. The garden has a swimming pool, trampoline and soccer goals. All windows are double glazed. Guest access Guests can use the condominium's common areas, including the tennis courts and restaurant. Other things to note Important information: inside the condominium, there is a maximum speed limit of 30 km per hour in internal areas and 50 km per hour on the central avenue. Fines may be applied for exceeding this limit. In the event of infractions during the stay that involve the payment of fines, they will be charged to the guests. The cost of gardening, pool maintenance, electricity and gas consumption will be charged outside the rental amount. Between 12/29/2023 and 2/1/2024 we only accept bookings of at least 28 days.
