The whole group will be comfortable in this bright, stunning, spacious, and unique rustic and renovated cottage on 10 acres of land and right on the Stony Kill Creek. Indoor fireplace, outside patio dining, brand new creek front fire pit, two spacious living rooms, and wall to wall kitchen windows overlook the private back area and bustling stream. 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms are located on the second floor, as are two full bathrooms- one adjoining the master bedroom. This spacious cottage has two living rooms, one is more casual equipped with a smart TV, working fireplace, and cozy couches. The other living room is located right off the dining room and is the perfect sitting area before any meal. A large bay window has a stellar view of the 10 acre lot, while the couches and TV make for a perfect pre or post meal relaxation spot. The kitchen comes fully equipped with upgraded appliances: four burner electric range, dishwasher, and spacious fridge. The bay windows in the dining nook overlook the backyard and creek. The first floor also has a half bath that is located just between the kitchen and casual living room. There is a formal dining room located right off the kitchen with seating for around six guests. Upstairs holds one full bathroom (with bathtub and shower) at the top of the stairs. The primary bedroom features a en suite full bathroom (shower), king bed, dressers, closet, and vanity. The second bedroom has a small workspace, king bed, and small dresser. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a trundle under one of them. Dressers and closets are included in this room as well. The garage is home to the washer and dryer, as well as, storage for any items you might need. Outside on the 10 acres of creek front property, there is enough space to wander the creek, play fetch, or just bask in the sun. There is a brand new creek side fire pit, as well as, a patio located right off the house for outside dining. Only space not accessible to guests is the basement. I currently live out of state, but will be available through messages and text if needed. I have a property manager on call if needed. You will be taken care of properly if anything arises during your stay. We are 5 minutes from both downtown Chatham and Valatie! The famed natural spring on High Bridge Rd is walkable and just a 2 min drive. Hiking is stunning in this area, and bars and restaurants are fantastic and bustling, especially in season. One can bike, scooter, or drive to nearby attractions, grocery stores (although Instacart delivers all!) and gift shops!
