Guest access There is a $5 fee per guest per day to use the lake and beach area which is directly across the street from the house. The wristbands can be purchased at the HOA office across the street from our house. Other things to note A lovely 4 bedroom, 2-bathroom 2000 sq. foot. house (finished by a professional interior designer) in a pristine woodland setting, just steps away from a private beach. Please note there is a $5 per person/per day fee to use the lake and beach area. The HOA office is directly across the street from the house, the wristbands can be purchased in the office.
