The space Located on a historic 18th-century estate in the heart of Cantabria, surrounded by nature and tranquility, we offer the ideal space to organize your retreats, training, events or activities, both private and corporate. The Quinta Capilla de San Antonio consists of 3 historic buildings from the 18th century, and La Shala, a multidisciplinary space perfect for hosting training sessions, meetings, yoga or pilates classes, dance, meditation, etc. The complex consists of 2 hectares of land. The main house, built around 1778, is a traditional Cantabrian mansion, with imposing stone walls and majestic wooden beams. With a capacity to accommodate a total of 15/18 people, the house is distributed over 3 floors, with 8 rooms, each with a full en-suite bathroom and a work desk. It has 4 common rooms distributed over 3 floors, enabled to be able to do group sessions, or simply to be able to rest quietly. LaQuinta also houses a stately dining room, where breakfast, lunch or dinner can be served and where all guests can even sit together, providing the perfect place to motivate moments of togetherness and companionship among guests. Outside, the house has a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the imposing garden. The centennial garden is dominated by a 300-year-old Lebanese Cedar, catalogued and protected by the community of Cantabria. Other magnificent specimens of oaks, beeches, or an impressive magnolia contribute to the fact that, without a doubt, the LaQuinta garden is a magical and unique space, which also offers hundreds of possibilities to our guests. Crossing the wall that borders the mansion's garden, guests can access the Prado, a completely open 1-hectare plot of land, which features our Shala, a 70m2 open-plan room available for all kinds of activities.
