An elegant, unique bohemian style apartment located in B block (B1-6) 6th floor in cherrywood apartments near Gracia garden along Dennis pritt road . The apartment is well lit airy and centrally located with close proximity to shopping centers, hospitals and social areas. 24/7 security with CCTV cameras . The space LOUNGE. The lounge area is spacious ,well lit and has a comfortable cozy sofa with a 55 inch TV, where you can enjoy your favorite shows on NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, PRIME ViDEO ,SHOW MAX and Airplay is available should you wish to share content from your phone or IPad. A rechargeable portable lamp can be found inside the drawer under the TV cabinet. Kindly ensure it is charged throughout your stay incase of blackouts. The stools on the coffee table are detachable for your convenience. A Dining area is also available where you can enjoy your meals. PATIO. The patio has stylish bohemian seats where you can enjoy your favorite beverage or a book . KITCHEN. Open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, an inbuilt Microwave , Refrigerator , Electric kettle, Coffee maker, Blender , Airfyer and a Toaster. Kenyan Coffee, Tea bags, sugar, Salt and pepper are also provided. A few Breakfast items eggs, sausages ,orange juice, milk will be provided only on your first day for your convenience. A water dispenser is also available in the dining area BEDROOM. The bedroom is en-suite ,spacious with a comfortable queen size bed and Blockout curtains are fitted for your comfort. Large closet with enough hangers. An iron and ironing board are also available. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and rain shower installed. Shower gel, Handwash , Conditioner, Shampoo, Toilet Rolls and towels are provided LAUNDRY AREA. The laundry are has a washing machine with a dryer. Detergent and other cleaning supplies are also provided .Kindly leave them for the next guest. Hanging rack is also available. The trash bin is also placed here. The water heater switch is located here. Turn on the switch on your right when you need to shower, once the water is heated to over 40 it should be hot enough. Turn it off after you shower or when it gets to 60 as the water stays hot throughout the day Guest access Guest Access. 24/7 security detail with CCTV cameras. The apartment is equipped with an intercom with a camera. Access card will be provided to open the gate where you will have access to the High speed elevator. Access to the apartment is via a generated code which will be provided to you once the booking is confirmed. Please do not share the code with anyone for security reasons throughout your stay. The code will be changed after every guest. Designated parking space for guests and visitors are available kindly ask the security team. Other things to note House Rules. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Extra charges will be included if a guest is found smoking. Checkout at 10am No shoes inside the apartment especially on the carpet. Slippers are provided for this. No loud music or parties. Please report damages immediately. Cleaning is very important to us kindly clean after yourselves. If you need additional cleaning during your stay it can be provided at an extra cost of 10USD. Full trash bags should be taken to the area next to the main entrance near the security area. **Enjoy your stay is the most important rule !!!
