An hour and a half north of Atlanta, Blue Ridge was ranked as a 2021 South’s Best Mountain Town, by Southern Living magazine! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin with fire pit and game room, is only 5 minutes to the Boat ramp. We have plenty of parking so bring your boat or rent one nearby! Enjoy beautiful views with coffee on the front porch and happy hour on the back deck! Our newly renovated cabin is perfect for couples and small families. You're sure to enjoy the cozy décor along with fully stocked coffee nook and 65" smart TV in the living room. Breathe in the fresh mountain air on our inviting back porch, equipped with a gas grill and table/chairs for 6 or out at the backyard firepit! We also have the game room with a 46" smart TV, pool table and air hockey, so there's plenty of space and things to keep you busy while you're here! In downtown Blue Ridge you'll find dozens of restaurants and shops to explore along with the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. For the adventurous, there's Blue Ridge Aerial Adventure Park, Blue Ridge Canopy and Zipline, over 15 nearby waterfall hikes, canoeing and tubing down the Taccoa and Cartecay Rivers, boating on Lake Blue Ridge, apple orchards, helicopter tours, horseback riding, mountain biking (and electric bike rentals), golf and numerous festivals throughout the year! And last but not least, enjoy a beautiful drive to the local wineries, breweries and a moonshine distillery! No matter what the season, there are plenty to see and do! (Our master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a full with twin bunk and twin trundle). Twin Bunk has weight limit of 125 lbs. You'll have the full cabin and game room to yourself! We have a covered parking space and additional parking in the circle drive. I am available by message in the Airbnb app. Quiet neighborhood with a paved road on a mountain, with lake views (in winter, when there are no leaves on the trees). The back of the house has a ravine and trees, so its peaceful and private. The following are provided as “starters” for each reservation: Bathroom toiletries, 1 roll Toilet Paper in each bathroom, one roll paper towels, 1 pack dishwasher detergent and dishwashing liquid, 1 pack laundry detergent and a trash bag in each can. The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent. *This is a Pet Free , smoke free, drug free property which includes anywhere on the property inside or outside. Violations will result in the forfeit of your deposit. If extra cleaning is required, additional fees will be charged as needed. Drug use and other illegal activities will not be tolerated and violators will be asked to leave prior to the end of the reservation. *Gatherings involving guests who are not staying at the cabin are not permitted unless prior approval is given by owner.
