This newly built 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home offers nearly 2,700 sq. ft. of stylish comfort, making it the perfect getaway for families and larger groups looking to explore the best of Northern Arizona. Our home is designed for both relaxation and fun, with thoughtful touches throughout. Enjoy the convenience of central air conditioning and high-speed fiber internet during your stay. Living, Kitchen & Dining: The heart of the home is the open-concept ground floor. Gather on the large C-shaped couch for a movie night on the 65” Amazon Fire TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. You'll find ample seating with space for 6 at the dining table, 3 at the kitchen island, and 4 at the kitchen counter. The home also features smart lights and appliances you can control with Alexa voice commands. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: • Ground Floor: A private master suite with its own en suite bathroom for ultimate convenience. • Upstairs: Three more bedrooms, each with its own work desk, walk-in closet, and dresser. • One upstairs bedroom has an en suite bathroom, while the other two share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. • One of the upstairs rooms includes full-size bunk beds, perfect for 1 adult per bed or 2 small children per bed. Game Room & Outdoor Living: Head to the game room for hours of entertainment! It features a pullout queen sofabed, a 65” TV, and a large gaming table that converts from a dining table to a pool or ping pong table. Step outside into the large backyard to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue and dine at the two picnic tables. As evening falls, gather around the cozy fire pit in the four Adirondack chairs. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire house, including the backyard, game room, and all living spaces. Check-in is a breeze with our self check-in process. Please note that four small storage closets are locked for owner use and are not accessible to guests. These are located under the stairs, in the master bathroom, in the upstairs hallway, and in the game room. Other things to note • Early Check-in: Early check-in is subject to availability and our cleaning schedule. If possible, it cannot be earlier than 1:00 PM. This must be requested well in advance and incurs a $25 fee. • Onsite Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the home for your use. • Commitment to Guests: We strive to provide a 5-star experience.
