After a day of sightseeing, relax in a peaceful neighbourhood while staying close to everything kochi has to offer. the home is fully equipped with all essentials for a comfortable and hassle free stay, perfect for families and couples. The space It's a spacious 2 bedroom home with two living rooms, an office room and a kitchen space with a dining provision. We have a spacious workspace with wifi connection available..The entire first floor of about 2500sqfeet is available to the guests for their safe and comfortable stay.A/c provisions will be provided to the bedrooms with an additional charge of Rs 350 per room per day. Guest access Guest can avail d entire first floor. Workspace with wifi connection Kitchen space equipped with microwave ,refrigerator, kettle and basic crockeries. Extensive cooking provisions are not available. Covered car parking available. Other things to note This place is ideal for a short-term stay of about 2 to 5 days , though we r open to bookings for a maximum of 2 weeks. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, a kettle and basic crockeries.We don't have a gas connection or induction cooker.Cooking is limited to reheating,making tea /Coffee.... No smoking /alcohol is permitted inside the house.Loud noises afer 10pm is not entertained..Kindly request the guests to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of the place. Early checkin or late checkout is subjected to availability. As we r staying on the ground floor , safety is not at all a concern..Women and children can readily avail the place without a second thought..Also being d second plot to NH and in the main centre of Palarivattom accessiblity is one of the main catch... Swiggy and Zomato are available round the clock..Your family can have a peaceful and homely stay while enjoying the major attractions of the city.
