On the entry level, both the living area & spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher adjoin the huge sun deck with a gas barbecue & outdoor meals area. The second bathroom plus the laundry are also located on this level. Upstairs, a sitting area with 2nd television & large deck feature more spectacular sea views. The two bedrooms, both with deck access, views & comfy queen beds are serviced by a 3-way bathroom with shower, bath tub and separate wc. Beautiful beaches & lakes for swimming, fishing & surfing along with village shopping facilities are just a 5 minute drive from the property. Comfy sofas, quality beds & generous outdoor areas ensure The Deck @ Tuross Head will become a firm favourite with couples & families. Guest access Guests have access to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & both living areas at the Premises - excluding the locked store cupboards on the upper level. Other things to note • Non Smoking – No Party Policy – No Group Bookings • Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries - Sorry No Pets • Booking fee $55 – Maximum 4 Guests. • Refundable guest bond $300 is payable - details below. Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all. Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at The Deck 2 Bedroom Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.  Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 4 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 2 guests.  A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
