Magnificent villa with pool 5 minutes from the beach

Villa with garden, swimming pool, terraces and porch for 6 people, a 5-minute walk from wonderful beaches with crystal clear waters. Villa Los Amigos is located in the relaxed and privileged setting of beautiful Cala Sant Vicenç (Pollença), at the beginning of the Serra de Tramuntana (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Here you will enjoy waking up to the singing of birds, an afternoon of reading in the shade of centuries-old holm oaks or a relaxing swim in our pool. The space The house is suitable for the comfortable stay of 6 people (available high chair and baby cot) and the interior of the villa is distributed on one floor. Access the property through the outside gate and up the staircase will reach the wooden front door. Inside the house is divided into a day area, where you can find the kitchen and living room, and the night area with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and wine bar) and the dining room furnished and with satellite TV, radio, dvd… with access through a large balcony to the front porch where you can have breakfast. On the right side you can find two bathrooms (the main one with a large bathtub and shower head and the secondary toilet with a 120x70cm shower) and three bedrooms, all with A/C, hangers and cabinets with drawers for your belongings. From the kitchen and hallway you can access the backyard where you can cool off in the pool and sunbathe on the loungers, or prepare a delicious meal on the Char-Broil charcoal grill or relax with a book on the sofa and outdoor armchairs. In the garage / warehouse there is a second fridge in case you need extra food/beverage storage space and a washing machine, in addition to beach items and children's toys (upon arrival we will show them their location). In front of the villa it is always very easy to park and in case they do not have a rental car there is also a bus station that connects you to Pollença or the Puerto de Pollença.
