Thanks to the central location of Villa Magica, you will have the center and its restaurants and shops within 7 minutes walking.The accomodation offers peacefulness and tranquility as well as beatiful gardens,good size heatable pool for morning swims and afternoon splashes,A/C in the living room and main bedroom,ventilators and a chinning station so you do not miss out on your workouts.There is high speed wifi available. The space The pool can be heated for an additional supplement upon request. Other things to note There is an extra cost for the pool heating in case requiered. Please be aware that the water temperature will be at a pleasant temperature to enjoy a swim but lower than the air and your body temperature,which is why it will still feel chilly at the beginning. The average water temperature without the heating option would be around 18–21ºC. If you opt to choose the pool to be heated, we always recommend you to leave the pool cover when you are not using the pool to ensure that the temperature can reach its maximum. While we take great care to ensure that every property is clean, well maintained, and prepared to a high standard before your arrival, holiday homes cannot be compared to standardized hotel facilities or services. They remain private homes, each with its own character, features, and individual quirks. Should an unforeseen maintenance issue arise during your stay, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it as quickly as possible through our maintenance teams and trusted contractors. However, some repairs depend on the availability of external professionals, replacement parts, or circumstances beyond our immediate control. We therefore kindly ask guests to allow reasonable time for issues to be addressed, just as would be expected in any private home. Similarly, certain external factors, including weather conditions such as wind or calima, utility interruptions, municipal works, neighbouring properties, or other circumstances outside our control, may occasionally affect your stay. While we will always do our best to minimise any inconvenience and keep you informed, such situations do not constitute defects of the property itself and cannot always be prevented. By booking one of our homes, you acknowledge and accept the nature of holiday rental accommodation as described above.
