Your stay is only minutes from many different local attractions. Backyard: Enjoy everything this amazing backyard has to offer! The perfect place for a day at the pool, grilling on the BBQ, and quality time with friends and family in the sun! 3 Bedrooms: - The Master Bedroom has a king bed with memory foam mattress and TV with Amazon fire stick. - Bedroom 2 offers a nice plush memory foam mattress with blackout shades to get your best nights rest. - Bedroom 3 has a medium firm mattress for those of you who prefer a firmer mattress. It also offers blackout shades. - All bedroom lights and ceiling fans are controlled by a remote. With the click of a button you can adjust your fan setting or switch the light on/off! 2 Bathrooms: Bathrooms are stocked with individual shower essentials and a hair dryer for your convenience. Fresh towels await you post shower! Living Room: Kick your feet up and relax on our large sectional sofa with ottoman or lean back and take a nap in the electric recliner. Settle in on a show or movie using our 60inch Roku TV with many streaming service capabilities. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials to treat yourself or family and friends to a wonderful dinner. There is also an Instant Pot for guest use. Coffee and tea is provided at the coffee bar for all the caffeine lovers out there! Bonus Room: The bonus room includes a pull-out sofa and desk for those who need to get some work done! A perfect room for kids to play. Laundry: The washer & dryer are available to guests, as needed. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Guest access This home is equipped with SmartLock keyless entry. You will receive a unique entry code and check-in instructions on day of arrival. The property (excluding the garage) is all yours to enjoy! Other things to note This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that you respect the quiet hours between 10:00pm and 7:00am as we hope to ensure our neighbors are not disturbed. There should be no parties, excessive noise, or illegal activity on the premises. IMPORTANT! The pool does not have a gated fence. However, the door from the house that leads to pool is to code; meaning the door handle is high and the door is self closing. Please make sure you are aware of the risks if you are staying with children and infants. All children under the age of 17 should be supervised by an adult at all times. The pool maintenance manager comes every Wednesday to clean the pool. Although the pool is not heated, we want to ensure a sparkly clean pool for our guests.
