The space Walker Ranch is secluded and private; you don’t need to worry about any neighbors close by. Outside you’ll have 10 acres to explore and enjoy, while the spacious floor plan offers plenty of room for your group to socialize. The front porch, side & back decks, and screened porch all offer comfortable seating and dining spaces. You’ll find everything you need as the house is stocked with all of the essentials and many extras too. Your dog will be happy to hang out in the fully fenced yard, or play in the ample open space of the property. Your kids will enjoy playing hide & seek around the huge property, swinging and climbing on the hanging Ninja Obstacle course, and taking advantage of toys, books, games and children's DVDs. There are also beach toys, 2 inflatable paddle boards, towels & shade umbrella/tent to take with you on a lake or river outing. There are 4 total bedrooms: 1 King, 2 Queens and the Family Studio. The Studio has a King bed, a Queen sleeper sofa, a Double bed, and a kitchenette with dining table. Extra sleeping options available: 1 Full sofa sleeper in living room, 2 inflatable Aerobeds (queen & double), 2 inflatable twin mattresses and a "pack and play" crib.
