Hill head hideaway is a lovely shabby chic house has a cosy beach vibe to the interior. It boasts magnificent views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight, ideal for those who want to experience the beach life. The house sits on Hill Head beach with direct access to the beach and the shoreline. The property is reached from the road by a wooden staircase to the front door and ground floor or can be accessed by car from the seaside of the house. The ground floor has a cosy kitchen/diner. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and amenities you will need for your stay. Behind the kitchen is the modern bathroom and separate shower cubicle. There are plenty of books and games to keep the whole family entertained should you need a break from beach life. The sunroom looks across the communal lawn to the beach and shoreline. Outside is a south-facing patio with seating for you to enjoy the sun and an outstanding view. The 1st floor has two bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and balcony which overlooks the lawn and the amazing sea vista. The second room has a double bed. There is also a separate WC on this floor. The 2nd floor is reached by a narrow space-saving staircase. Here there is one king-size bedroom to the front, whilst the fourth bedroom has 3 single beds with a pull-out bed to sleep 4 if needed, with the incredible views across the Solent from Southampton Water to Ryde and beyond. You won’t need to stray far from the house as the village has a lovely café and pub/restaurant next door, serving anything from a snack to a three-course meal. There is a wildlife reserve and small harbour close by and easy access to Southampton and Portsmouth. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay! Explore the beautiful countryside of Hampshire, visit great attractions and plan fun-filled days out for all the family at places like the Sir Harold Hillier Gardens which is a 30-minute drive and the Queen Elizabeth Country Park, which is also a 30-minute drive. Hampshire is blessed with elegant historic towns, impossibly pretty villages, gorgeous stately homes, undulating lush green landscapes, and a stunning coastline.
