The space Located in heart of the Bay Area tucked in the countryside of Castro valley, this Property is situated on a hilltop with canyon views and surrounded by hills and trees. Very close to everything Minutes away from San Ramon and Hayward and freeway access to 580, 680, and 880. Entire cottage. Everything has been customized to create a relaxing space for families and friends to spend time together. The entire property for rent. The cottage is a two bedroom with two bathrooms and full kitchen. Open floor plan. Private yard space with covered patio and covered deck. 1 king bed and two full beds. 4 adults or family with 2 adults and 3 kids. Please keep in mind beds, 1 King and 2 Fulls. Cleanliness is our top priority. All white bedding. You can be assured everything has been wiped down and sanitized for your stay. All cleaning fees is to pay for professional cleaners after each guest reservation. Zero tolerance for events, house parties gatherings for Airbnb guests. Day time visitors must have consent and approval from host prior to reservation. Immediate termination of reservation along with fines and criminal charges for unauthorized use of property for events . Zero loud noise and music tolerance after 9pm. Smoke free property. Immediate termination of reservations if house rules are broken. Guest access Safe private entrance and driveway up to property. Maximum 2 car parking only. No parking on slopes, no vehicle beyond areas with designated signs. Guests can explore all areas that is not fenced off with caution and extreme awareness. Gravel area in back of home is off limits please enjoy front yard only. Other things to note Although we welcome families with small children to stay we do not provide cribs, play pins high chairs or any baby/ small children equipments due to personal comfort and safety for children. Unless requested. Children needs to be supervised at all times. Kitchen is equipped for light cooking, please plan your trip accordingly (salt, pepper, oil etc will not be provided). We do not provide laundry detergent. Only starter Soaps, shampoos, toilet papers and paper towels etc..for longer stays we recommend guests to plan accordingly . Wood burning is NOT allowed on property. For your safety Please do not enter areas that is fenced. We do have some goats on parts of our land and need care so during your stay you might encounter their owner/ care taker. We would try our best to give notice. The care takers do not have access to the home only to the fence areas to care for the animals. In addition to the goats the Ranch does have a few friendly farm animals some cats that do not belong to the property but visit sometimes. Please do not come close to the animals, do not pet them, do not feed them. Bugs and pests are a pain! Some bugs do not live in the house but are quick to enter a home through an open door or cracked window. Please make sure to keep doors closed to prevent unwanted friends inside. Enjoy the outdoor with caution, be aware there are hills and uneven landscaping and areas with rocks and trees, and nature’s animals such as snakes spiders, deer, coyotes, etc. Must use extreme caution when exploring. Please know we are unable to control the weather or natural dangers and use extra safety precautions when outside. Children should always be supervised on property at all times. Gravel area in the back of home is off limits to guest, please enjoy only the front area. Limit to 2 Car parking spaces.
