The Main Bedroom has a new King-sized bed with attached bathroom (huge walk-in shower) Second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed in addition to a twin trundle. In the loft, there is a daybed with trundle and TV connection to hook up your own game console! Complimentary basic toiletries and towels are also provided. We know how it feels like to forget a thing or two! We have a hairdryer and a curling iron. But hey, lake hair, don't care! Outdoor time includes spending lots of time on the large deck with a picnic table & 2 chaise lounges. Or play a game of cornhole! A charcoal grill next to deck (no fires on deck please)! Enjoy the wood-burning firepit in the evenings! Please keep your furry friends at home and unfortunately no parties, no fireworks, no smoking inside or around the property are allowed. We observe quiet hours from 8:30pm until 8:30am everyday. Check out time is 12:00pm. Person making the reservation must be part of the guest staying during the entire duration. Other things to note **Liability Waiver:** You understand that swimming and the use of the kayak is at your own risk and that risks may be involved with swimming and kayaking. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and kayaking and hold the hosts of 101 Sundown harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and kayaking may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, or kayaking if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible and indemnify the hosts of 101 Sundown for any accidents you may incur or incurred upon you. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party, and you will indemnify the hosts of 101 Sundown from any damages or consequences resulting from your (or your party’s) swimming and/or use of the kayak. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against 101 Sundown for accidents or claims arising from swimming or kayaking. By reserving this rental, you warrant on behalf of all guests in your party (listed or unlisted) that you and all guests in your party acknowledge and agree that you and they have read and understand this waiver and you and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between you, your party, and the hosts of 101 Sundown. When you make a reservation, it constitutes you reading and taking full responsibility of this liability waiver in its entirety. If you cannot agree or have questions, please contact the hosts. **Other Things to Note:** Jet ski and boatlift are not available for guest use; however, there are tie-down cleats on the side of the dock to which you could tie your boat. This is our escape from the hustle & bustle of life. We love our lakehouse and we hope that you do just as much. Have as much fun creating lake memories. Please respect our neighbors.
