The space The duplex is fully equipped for short or extended stays. The kitchen and FIRST-FLOOR bathroom have the essentials you need. For entertainment, there are two Roku TVs—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Please note: This duplex does NOT have cable, a washer/dryer, or a dishwasher. A laundromat, Riverview in Liberty Plaza, is just 1.5 miles away. Guest access PARKING & SHARED SPACE: Guests can park in a designated section of the driveway, as it is SHARED with the other rental. Feel free to hang out in the front and backyard, too, and use the fire pit—available on a first-come, first-served basis. ONCE INSIDE: You’ll have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, FIRST-FLOOR bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs. Please note: The property is prepared for the number of guests listed on the reservation, including made-up beds, towels, and other essentials. Guests do not have access to the garage, basement, attic, or any locked storage or mechanical rooms. Other things to note We request that shoes be taken off at the door, to decrease the wear and tear of the floors. You may want to bring slippers/heavy socks during the cooler/cold seasons. This is a smoke free home or on the side enclosed porch. Please smoke outside and PLEASE properly dispose of all ashes and cigarette/cigar butts.
