Regrettably, pets are not allowed, preserving the tranquil ambiance of Lightkeepers grounds. Parking is convenient with a two-car garage and surface parking for an additional four cars. Conveniently located just 4.5 miles north of the Vilano Beach Bridge and St. Augustine, the property is in proximity to historic attractions, shopping, kids’ activities, groceries, and restaurants. Additionally, it is only 3 miles south of the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve, which features multiple parks for hiking, picnicking, paddleboarding, and kayak rentals, along with various outdoor activities.
