Included is a custom kitchen, Thermador commercial grade appliances and wine storage, Miele coffee bar, smart home technology offering power window coverings, complete A/V home sound system, zoned split system heating & A/C, 12' sliding tri-fold doors which expands the entire great room to the 180 degree ocean viewing deck. A beautiful outdoor space for grilling and relaxing is right off the main area. And don't miss the hot tub on the rooftop! You certainly don't have to (you are on vacation!), but the gourmet kitchen will tempt you to stay in and cook while enjoying the view of the central coast mountains. Wine tasting, biking and hiking trails, beach fun, excellent restaurants and coffee shops are all within just minutes of walking. A great park for kids with an adjoining basketball court is also close. The fall is a great time to visit for apple picking and tasting. Day excursions to Hearst Castle or Big Sur are very doable, and will expose you to some of California's most stunning cliffs and secret beaches. Morro Bay, Cambria and San Simeon (where the elephant seals live) are all fun to explore. Kayaking in Shell Beach is a thrill as you paddle through caves and along the cliffs. Or, you may want to hike up Bishop's Peak or go whale watching, or deep sea fishing out of Morro Bay or San Luis Bay (near Avila Beach). Several public golf courses are nearby. If you're renting for a week and would like a mid week cleaning that can be arranged upon request. We also have connections with a great home chef if you'd enjoy some in home gourmet food. Included in the rental rate is access to the hot tub. Should the hot tub malfunction and not be available during the guest's stay, the guest will be refunded $125 for the inconvenience.
