ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE Spread over three floors in this Truckee condo. Socialize in the open living space and find privacy between three separate bedrooms. After a day on the slopes, spend evenings in the snug living area on the second floor. A couch and two comfy swivel chairs sit before a 32' TV with cable. Warm up on chilly nights by the wood-burning fireplace. The living area also has access to a covered deck with outdoor seating--a great spot to sip hot chocolate when the snow falls. A full kitchen with all-white appliances features plenty of cabinet space and a GE gas range. Dish up meals at a wooden dining table with seating for four. (Please note the table can extend to seat up to eight.) An airy master bedroom on the third floor has vaulted ceilings, a king bed, large closet, and a vanity in the room for a quick freshening up. An adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination. On the entry level, a bright second bedroom has a king bed to sprawl out in and a closet for storage. In the mornings, start the day with a cup of coffee on a private deck. Bringing the kids? The third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds for little ones to camp out in. (Please note the top bunks are built to support children only. Do not exceed 175 pounds.)
