The community (and Mesa in general) is very cyclist-friendly and you'll see bike lanes everywhere you go. There is access to the Hawes Trail System within the community for mountain biking, hiking or trail running. In addition, Usery Mountain Regional Park is a short ride from the property. Watch out for desert critters when you venture out on the trails, depending on the season, it's not uncommon to see snakes, rabbits, javelinas, hawks and wild horses. Like most wild animals, if you leave them alone, they'll leave you alone, it's best to admire them from a distance. This is a residential area and there is parking available in the garage, two spots in the driveway and guest street parking in the cul-de-sac is permissible. A vehicle to get around would be recommended. However, it is an easy walk or bike ride to the trailhead and golf course. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac that is only a mile from the 202 freeway access. With many fabulous local restaurants, you never have to eat in, but should you choose to, the kitchen is fully stocked and there is a Sprouts just down the street. Please keep in mind that while our home is family-friendly, our beautiful pool area is open to the rest of the backyard, please always watch your children around water.
