This home is a quaint townhouse in a pristine and safe location. *A friendly note to any of our guests who may be sensitive to the sounds of daily transportation and/or a train. There’s a short train that passes through daily. The train passes through very quickly so you barely notice it’s there. *This unit does not have designated parking. Parking on the street and in the alley way is available for this unit. DO NOT park in the parking lot behind the unit.* The surrounding area is very easy to navigate and is perfectly walkable to any WKU events located at the Alumni Center, Diddle Arena, or L.T. Smith Stadium. There are ample ride-sharing services available in the area, and guests can park on the street in front of the home, to the side in the gravel area, or in the rear gravel area of the home. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of the utmost importance.
