This unit has all new furniture, bedding and housewares. Unit is directly across from Gate 2 at the Naval Academy so a block in either direction and you can get onto the Yard. You'll be a short 1 block walk to Ego Alley and all of the restaurants, shops and water taxi. Eastport is a 15 minute walk. This is a beautiful location in historic downtown Annapolis that's convenient to everything that downtown has to offer and is perfect for couples with or without children, solo and business travelers. The space There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One full bathroom with a shower+tub, kitchen and a living room with a pullout sleeper couch. The apartment sleeps 6 people max. Guest access You'll have full access to your private 2nd floor apartment which includes 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 1 full bathroom, living room with a pullout sleeper couch and kitchen. You'll also have access to several shared spaces which include the backyard patio with a grill and the washer+dryer that are located in the basement. Other things to note The property does not have onsite parking included. Paid offsite parking is available. Noah Hillman garage is about 3 blocks away. Calvert St garage is 4 blocks away and is free 6pm Friday until 6am Monday.
