The spacious layout includes a living room with TVs, a dining area, and an entertainment room overlooking the fenced-in yard, completed in 2023 for added privacy. Perfect for families or small groups, this home comfortably sleeps 6 and is ready to make your stay unforgettable. Poppy's Hampton House is just a short drive to the main street, Rumba Restaurant, cowfish, and vineyards (wine tasting). The Ponquogue beach and Bay beaches are just minutes away by car or bike ride. There are also many restaurants in the area- from Hampton Bays, Shinnecock Canal, and Southampton, all within a few minutes drive. Rental Permit#: RP241350 Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. IMPORTANT NOTES: - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. - For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility. - For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking. Guest access Guests have full private access to the home, yard, and outdoor areas. Other things to note Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. - Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests. Guest Insurance Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
