Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, bring your plates out to the veranda for an alfresco dinner, and retire each evening to a comfortable bedroom where you can admire the view before falling asleep. This property has a permanent caretaker, you may see him around, and he'll assist you with fresh fruits, kayaks or something else. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. We provide an electricity allowance ($5 per AC unit per night) during your stay. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. *Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively).
