Ferienhof Winkler - undisturbed tranquility in the countryside

Ferienhof Winkler (the fenced, natural property measures 6,000 square meters) is located in the former Rundlingsdorf Schweskau between the medieval small town of Lüchow 11 km away, the climatic spa town of Arendsee, 18 km away and the city of Salzwedel, 14 km away. The annual "Cultural Landpartie", which takes place in the spring, is a highlight. Excursions in the area are very worthwhile. The space Our large apartment is spacious 90 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 persons. It's in the wind-protected and sunny courtyard. It has a furnished terrace that invites you to relax, sunbathe or socialize. In the nearby game room there is a barbecue as well as indoor and outdoor games such as volleyball, badminton, bocce, 2 small football goals and crockett, which can be rented free of charge. The large apartment of course has Wi-Fi and a tv. The rooms: a spacious open living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, stove, dishwasher, kettle - towels, sink tabs and detergent included), 1 bedroom with a double bed (bed linen included) as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower on the ground floor (towels, soap, hair dryer included) and 1 open sleeping floor with comfortable seating set and 4 single beds. Because of the sloping ceilings, the upper floor is narrower. The floor can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase. If your children want to spend hot summer nights outdoors, you are welcome to bring a tent and put it in the meadow behind the barn. Guest access From the gate you can see the main house. The path leads right past the main house. Behind it is the annex (former stable building), where the two apartments are located. The first entrance leads into the large guest apartment. The key is located in the key box next to the front door. You will receive the code by email after booking. On the day of departure, please leave the key in the box and adjust the code. Other things to note Pets are welcome and pay 50 Euro per animal per stay. If you travel with a dog, they are welcome to romp around in the back meadow under supervision. Please remove any legacies by yourselves. There is also a key for the game room on the keychain. This is the left door of barn. Guests are welcome to borrow free of charge indoor and outdoor games, a clothes rack and a barbecue during their stay. After use, please return everything and lock the room again. If you need cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner or the like in between, you will also find everything in the storage room. In the apartment you find a small selection of books as well as some hiking guides or maps. In Schweskau, the trash is separated. In the front yard you will find barrels for paper, recyclables and residual waste. For longer stays, I am happy to wash a load of laundry for you after appointment.
