As you enter the villa you will find the spacious open plan living area featuring comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with Android box, DVD player, wireless internet connection and a dining area with table seating up to 6. The fully equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge freezer and a further dining table seating up to 4. Adjacent to the kitchen is a second kitchen area with oven, hob and a dishwasher. From the living area, patio doors lead out to the furnished terrace where you can relax and admire the stunning unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen and dining area both offer access to the outside area. The first of the villa’s bedrooms is located on this floor, a twin bedroom with patio doors leading to the rear outside area. A separate shower room is adjacent to this bedroom. Moving to the first floor of the villa you will find a further 3 bedrooms; master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and private balcony with views overlooking the swimming pool, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The double and twin bedrooms have balconies offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. A family bathroom with corner bath and overhead shower is located on the first floor together with a utility room with washing machine, dryer and small kitchenette. The lower ground floor level is where you will find the remaining bedrooms of the villa; a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. This area also offers a separate shower room, outside dining area featuring a dining table seating 4 and a small kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob and oven. The lower ground floor area can be accessed from the outside area and is ideal for larger groups as this area offers the feeling of independence whilst still being within the grounds of the villa. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request. The villa provides air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and is included in the rental cost.
